To make sure everyone has the best possible experience, please review these guidelines before you arrive. A smooth check-in means the event can start on time and everyone can settle in together.
Arrive 15 minutes before your event start time.
Check-in begins 15 minutes before the session starts. The door will not open before then. If you arrive early, you're welcome to explore the shops in the building while you wait. We may be finishing a session or setting up, so please don't knock or try to enter before check-in begins.
Every participant needs a ticket QR code.
Each person in your group must sign the digital waiver and receive their own ticket QR code. You'll find it in your registration confirmation email. When you arrive, please show your QR code to the person at the door to scan.
No late admission.
The session begins at the scheduled start time, no exceptions. Late arrivals will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued. This applies to every member of your group. We do not hold the start time for anyone.
