Public Event Participation Requirements

To ensure a safe, respectful, and immersive experience for all participants, please review these guidelines before you arrive. They apply to everyone in your group.

1. Age Requirements

Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years old. All participants must be at least 14 years old. If you'd like to bring younger guests, a private sound bath is a great option. Contact us to arrange one.

2. Physical Requirements

Participants will be lying on a mat on the floor for the duration of the sound bath. Everyone attending must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. If you or anyone in your group is unable to do so, please contact us before purchasing. We can arrange a different setup, but we need to know in advance.

3. Eye Masks and Eyes Closed

Our sound baths are an inward, personal experience. Keeping your eyes closed helps you go deeper and get more out of the session. We provide eye masks, or you're welcome to bring your own. If you prefer not to wear one, that's fine, just keep your eyes closed throughout. This isn't about watching. It's about experiencing. If you are watching, we will ask you to close your eyes. If you continue to watch, you will be asked to leave without refund.

4. Phones Must Be Completely Off

Please turn your phone completely off before entering and store it in the cubbies provided. Airplane mode and silent mode are not sufficient. We've found that critical alerts and alarms can still sound even when a phone is silenced or on airplane mode, and we have had multiple experiences where the sound bath was disrupted because of a non-emergency alert. A single unexpected alarm or phone sound can ruin the experience for everyone attending.

5. Please Remain Quiet Throughout

This includes talking, humming, toning, loud breathing (for example, loud ujjayi breath), or any other intentional sounds. If you snore, we'll gently wake you. Use the restroom before the session begins if you're concerned about needing to go. If you are sick, please do not attend. You can give your ticket to another person in this case. If you have a persistent cough or other sounds that are difficult to control, a private sound bath may be a more comfortable option for you and more considerate of other guests. If you need to leave for any reason, do so as quietly as possible.

6. Please Arrive Fragrance-Free

Out of consideration for other guests, please do not apply essential oils, perfume, cologne, or any other strong scent before the event. We are a small, intimate space so please be mindful of personal hygiene as well.

7. No Alcohol or Substances

Please do not attend under the influence of alcohol or any substances. We reserve the right to turn away anyone who appears to be impaired. No refunds will be issued in this case.
