Public Event Refund Policy

Tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a different date or time.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person who meets the age requirements for the event. To arrange a transfer, please contact us by replying to your event confirmation email. We ask that you notify us at least a couple of hours before the event start time when possible.

Purchase Protection

Purchase Protection is the only option for a possible refund in the case of an emergency. It is offered through a third-party provider and must be added at the time of ticket purchase. It is not available after purchase. See our Purchase Protection article for full details. View here.

We understand that emergencies happen and that life is unpredictable. This is why we offer Purchase Protection. If you did not add it at the time of purchase, or if your situation falls outside of what it covers, we are unable to make exceptions or issue refunds regardless of the circumstance.

Please note that we are unable to respond to individual refund requests outside of this policy.
