Purchase Protection

Purchase Protection is an optional add-on available through a third-party provider at the time of ticket purchase. It covers certain emergencies with valid proof of claim. It does not cover late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, or a general inability to attend. Please review the full terms before purchasing. View terms here.

Covered circumstances include things like severe illness or injury, hospitalization, death in the family, transportation failure, acts of nature, and certain employment or legal obligations.

To be fully covered, you must add Purchase Protection to each ticket individually. It cannot be added after purchase.

All claims are filed directly with the provider at purchaseprotection.com. We do not handle, influence, or guarantee claim outcomes. Claims must be filed within 48 hours after the event. The qualifying circumstance must have occurred no more than 7 days before the event. Be sure to view all terms so you’re clear before purchasing your ticket.

Purchase Protection offers a 100% refund of your registration purchase if you are prevented from attending due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance. It cannot be used to transfer to a different date or time. If you'd like to attend a different event, you'll need to book and pay for it separately.
