The Gong Room is not responsible for lost, left or stolen items.
If you leave something behind, contact us right away by replying to your event confirmation or reminder email. We hold found items for 7 days, after which they are donated to charity.
To pick up your item at the venue, contact us to arrange a time.
Items not picked up at the venue can be shipped upon request. Shipping and handling charges must be paid in full before your item ships. Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing; items with unpaid shipping invoices will be considered abandoned and donated to charity.
